Implementation Advisory Board
The implementation advisory board is comprised of clinical and administrative leadership at Boston Medical Center. Members support health system innovations to better support trauma recovery. For example, this board provides consultation on our model of care, training and professional development of our healthcare workforce, and screening and measurement-based care initiatives. The Stepped Care for PTSD Study (STEPPS) is one of the studies being supported by this board.
